BC Residence

All members of COPE must be a resident of BC. Not a resident? You don’t have to be a member to be a volunteer - check out our volunteer page here.

Canadian Citizenship or PR

Voting members of COPE must be either a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident. Not a Citizen or Permanent Resident? Please email [email protected] to become a non-voting member!

 

Civic Party Membership

Voting members of COPE must not be a member of another civic party at any time in the last 45 days.

 

Code of Conduct

By applying to join as a member you are understood to have agreed to the COPE Code of Conduct. All COPE Members must abide by the Code of Conduct - read it here.

As required by Elections BC, donors must be a resident of BC and a permanent resident or Canadian citizen. See rules here.
